HOW WE WORK
We will guide you through the RIBA work stages. This begins with research into your project and local area, to fully understand your requirements and circumstances. This information then allows us to prepare a series of concept designs which is developed in 3-dimensional modelling. Once you are happy with a layout and the principles are established, we would advice on costs and deliverability.

Once you are happy with the proposal, we will guide you through the necessary planning types and assist with the application application. If additional reports are required, we will work with you to identify potential consultants that could prepare these documents. To ensure effective communication during determination, we will liaise with the council on your behalf and address and concerns that might be raised.

Once planning is granted, we will work to discharge any planning conditions within our control and work with other consultants to prepare the technical drawings required for Building Control approval. Depending on the scope of the project we will guide you through the necessary steps to take prior to and during construction.
