A three-bedroom terraced house transformed into a four-bedroom house with two new additional bathrooms and an extended open plan kitchen dining area. This was achieved by extending into the loft to utilise the roof space and extending out to the rear of the property.  This project was achieved under permitted development and will be completing in 2021
