From Inception to Full Planning consent. We developed a design for our client to demolish a bungalow and build 4 new homes in Swanley. We stood by the client through pre-app with the local council and received positive feedback. This allowed us to develop the design further and addressed all concerns. This one is special to us.

These are courtesy images taken from the street that show the final build and was done by another company. We feel the end result is beautiful and achievable, hence why shown. Hopefully we can see future projects through to completion with developers who pass on sites to developers.
