Prior approval allows the client to extend up to 6 meters for a rear extension. This property already had a 3 meters rear extension but the client wanted to push this further to 6 meters. We worked with her to get planning for the additional 3 meters. The property now benefits from a 30sqm kitchen with a beautiful island and roof lantern in the middle.
